The first time we spoke to Queenslander Lucy Barnard it was the day before she left Australia.

Lucy set herself a challenge to become the first women to walk the entire length of the world from bottom to top. That’s 30,00 kilometres, through 15 countries, over 3 years.

Two months into her attempt we caught up with Lucy to see how she was travelling.

Perhaps there was a clue in the title of her latest blog post “Fevers, Infections, Flooded Exits, Lost Food and a dip in Antarctic Waters – wouldn’t start any other way!”
